Welcome to Mochiki & Bubble, where innovation meets tradition. Mochiki & Bubble is an Azerbaijani start-up founded by a dynamic group of young entrepreneurs. Our journey began in 2021 with a passion for introducing premium Asian confectionery products to Azerbaijani customers. At Mochiki & Bubble, our core values are the cornerstone of everything we do. We're driven by a passion for authenticity, quality, and innovation. We go the extra mile to make sure your experience with Mochiki & Bubble is exceptional from the moment you discover us to the last delicious bite.
Currently, Mochiki & Bubble products are sold in all retail channels, including all major Shopping malls, supermarket chains, delivery apps and the HORECA segment. We are currently growing beyond Mochi ice cream and Bubble tea. Since 2023 Mochiki & Bubble operates its own sales point in Yalikavak Marina Bodrum.
As we stride forward, we envision becoming the go-to destination for those who seek an enticing fusion of authentic flavors and novel gastronomic experiences.

Our Chef

Takayuki Maeda is the 3rd generation pâtissier at the famous Housen Confectionery, which has been operating for over 90 years in the Sakai district of Osaka, Japan. He has worked as a traditional Japanese pastry chef in South Korea, Singapore, Vietnam and other foreign countries.
Takayuki Maeda is also elected president of Osako Wagashi (Japanese sweets) association. Chef Maeda shared special mochi ice cream recipe with Mochiki Azerbaijan, together with that he controls the kitchen as a quality assurance Chef of Mochiki Azerbaijan.
